The Street Department is a hub of activity as department personnel keep the streets of Carlsbad in top shape for our citizens and visitors. On any given day, Street Department crews can be seen throughout the city repairing, maintaining and improving the roads and right-of-ways. As in any professional organization, Safety to the public and to personnel is the top priority. Emergency response is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you have an emergency to report, please contact the police department and they will contact the appropriate response team.
