The City of Carlsbad Municipal Services Department oversees five city facilities: the Carlsbad Public Library, Carlsbad Museum & Arts Center, Riverwalk Recreation Complex, San Jose Senior Recreation Center, and the North Mesa Senior Recreation Center.
