Beginning January 1, 2018, all Bids and RFPs will be available only through the Vendor Registration login portal.

Bid and RFP documents will no longer be made available directly from the City website. All future Bids and RFPs will be managed through the Vendor Registration system.

Sole Source & Brand Name Procurements

New Sole Source determinations will be posted for a minimum of 30 days. The first 15 days shall serve as a challenge period, where companies and/or individual wishing to challenge the sole source determination may do so by contacting the Chief Procurement Officer at 575-234-7905 or by email to msfletcher@cityofcarlsbadnm.com.
