Public Notice: The City of Carlsbad will be holding a small celebration recognizing this community’s designation as part of “Tree City USA” – at 5 p.m. Sept. 19 at Spring Park near the Carlsbad Flume. We hope you’ll join Carlsbad Mayor Dale Janway and the Tree Board for a celebration of Carlsbad’s commitment to planting and caring for trees. The City of Carlsbad is proud to have received a “Tree City” designation for the past 13 years.
