The San Jose Senior Center is committed to the senior population in the City of Carlsbad to provide services to ensure that the participants have available to them a variety of activities in an atmosphere of friendship, companionship, and joy. The Center strives to promote the health and well-being of the senior population. The Center offers a wide variety of services which include information as well as referral assistance of form completion of tax preparation and social security matters. Continuously updated information is readily available on matters pertaining to the latest requirements for individuals planning to retire. After business comes play. The seniors can enjoy a full range of activities, such as, but definitely not limited to, bingo, pool, dancing, aerobics, ceramics, crafts, Spanish classes, and computer classes.
